When Should I RSVP by?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible.

The deadline is February 14th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we can't make exceptions and will have to mark you as “no.” We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.

Are Children Allowed?

As much as we love your little ones, we respectfully request no children under 14 attend the wedding.

What Should I Wear?

This is a black-tie event; dress to impress! For women, we recommend a nice gown or a pantsuit - whichever fits your flare! We recommend that men wear a tux or a suit.

Please feel free to add some flare to your outfit as the Grand Bohemian is an Autograph Collection hotel with lots of colors and art!

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed within the name on your e-invitation or paper invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance.

Can I take Photos During the Ceremony?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer for us. After the wedding, we plan to share these moments that were captures with all of you.

Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Is the Wedding Outside?

The ceremony is outdoors under a canopy tent, guests will be out of the sun. It will be June in Carolina, so please stay hydrated throughout the day. Feel free to step inside or rest in the hotel until the ceremony is about to begin if the Carolina heat happens to be in full swing.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Yes! There will be a fully stocked, open bar during cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception.

We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!
